David Thomas Williamson, 80, passed on Dec. 22, 2021. He was the husband of Carolyn (Lipscomb) Williamson for the past 55 years. Born and raised in East Providence, David was the son the late Samuel and Viola (Brown) Williamson.
He had been employed as the Electrical Supervisor at Brown University, retiring in 2007. He was a member of the IBEW local 99. David was a member of the Four Corners Community Chapel, Cumberland and a fixture at the Thursday breakfast table at Eggs Up with the ROMEOS, the retired Old Men Eating Out Gang.
Besides his wife he is survived by a son, Brian David, wife Gina (Onorato) Williamson, grandchildren, Ashley Williamson, Brian Williamson Jr., and Justin Mancusco, great grandchildren, Parker and Logan Williamson, a sister, Grace (Williamson) Pettyjohn, nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Amos Williamson, Carolyn (Williamson) Lewis, Samuel and Joseph Williamson. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Four Corners Comm.
